QA/QC Introduction

We have sophisticated and strict QC system. In every working procedure, there are four staff who are in charge of checking quality of goods. For example, in spraying procedure, in order to test the effect of pre-treatment, two inspectors measure parkerising with callipers. Meanwhile, in order to check the adhesive power of polyester powder coating, the other two inspectors cut on some of the dishes with knife.  Besides, our electrical property is tested by national authoritative  inspectation body-Fifty-four Station. Under the strict and careful work, it's taken for granted that our corporation is honored with ISO9001:2000 certificate. Meanwhile, it also increase our production effeciency.
